We start with you: what kind of wedding you envision, what atmosphere you want, what your budget is. From that we build the concept, script and timeline for the whole day.
2. Venue and Atmosphere
We find and book a venue that matches your vision and organize the decor, sound and lighting so everything looks and feels exactly as you wanted.
3. Suppliers
We negotiate and coordinate catering, decorations, floral arrangements, music, the photographer and everything else. You don't request quotes or align deadlines – we take that on.
4. Decoration and Design
We design and set up the decoration, arrange the space and tables, and match every detail to the theme and mood of your celebration.
5. Invitations and Guests
If you wish, we create invitations, manage the guest list and track confirmed attendance so seating, catering and the seating plan are arranged in time.
6. On-the-Day Coordination
We run the schedule and protocol, coordinate suppliers and performers, and discreetly oversee execution. If something goes wrong, we fix it before anyone notices.
